Hi! I’m Mallory - the mommy on fire! 

 

I started this blog as a creative way to share my experience as a new mom. Our Lola was born in July 2019 and it has been a thrill ride ever since - including adding Zayden to the mix in 2021! 

 

Outside of being a mom, I am a home furnishings enthusiast, excited by a new fashion find, and enjoy playing around with make-up - although, if you ran into me at Costco you may question the later two! Currently I have found my new uniform is black leggings and any shirt that doesn't have food stains will do. Finding a good deal on any of these three interests always makes it more fun (and affordable)! However, these days I seem to be getting a thrill when I find diapers on sale. 

 

I take pride in being authentic and real - most who know me would agree that I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m hoping this space can be a place where you can come and feel a little less alone in being a mommy. I love being a mom! As hard as it is, the early mornings and late nights, the endless laundry,  and smelling like baby vomit … all of it is worth it! When my babes snuggle for a nap in my arms or laugh at my silly faces I am reminded of how lucky I am to be their Mama. I am by no means an expert but I have found so much in the support, knowledge and experiences of others - this is my goal for the blog!
